Just got my letter today in the mail about the CLI. Fish, you are right, it really doesn't make sense. I am going to use it only because I want to redeem the 10% coupon on some xmas gifts for son, otherwise, it takes $1000 in charges to earn a 10% off coupon. Unless I turn around and use that for several hundred dollars to get the best bang for my buck, it's much more efficient to use my other rewards cards at Target.
