Anyone here recently received new credit from Home Depot/Sears/Citi? Just wondering what my scores should be before I consider applying.

LOL..ok. Your scores are a "bit" higher than mine, ha ha. I am hoping since I had a previous paid as agreed accounts with Citi, that perhaps they will consider me.

Mine were low 600s EQ when I applied. First time I applied for Sears (backed by Citi) declined, but a week later approved $1,800. Declined for Home Depot (Citi backed) Declined for Citi Forward CC (obviously Citi backed)
So I think it varies with the particular card. Would be nice if places posted a general score/income they want to see so people wouldn't waste their time.

Ok, thanks so much. I suppose since I have one one inquiry in the past twelve months that it literally won't hurt to apply.
