Does anyone know of any credit unions in Los Angeles that offer a secured card that graduates?
I am not part of an union or school or anything so I would need to be able to join this CU based on the fact that I live or work in Los Angeles County
I checked with a few and some either dont offer a secured card or offer a secured card that does not graduate and you have to apply for their unsecured card at a later date
