To tell the truth.. when I closed on MY house (all me, no mommy/daddy, no husband etc after BK and struggles with then EX husband who is BADDDD with credit) I sat in my car with the keys in my hand and cried. ( of course, then the market tanked and I was /am very underwater in that place..) but its still all mine!
