Semi-Confusing Response from Comenity Regarding DSW Visa

I emailed DSW in regards to what my apr on the account is and also if my card is a signature visa or platinum. Here is their response, not sure how to digest it lol.

Comenity Bank issues your account and responds to all credit related 
inquiries. This card is issued by Comenity Bank pursuant to a license 
from Visa USA Inc. 

I will be more than happy to go over your account. Your account is the 
DSW Rewards Visa Signature Platinum. I apologize for any confusion this 
may have caused. After reviewing your account I see that your annual 
percentage rate (APR) will be available once your account bills with a 
balance. We appreciate your business.

We hope this information is helpful. For the security of your account 
information, we ask if there are any follow up questions you have

well that certainly cleared it up

Lol ya that makes no sense.. Call the 800 number..  Betcha it is the platinum due to CL and as far as APR they can tell you on the phone.
