Sent Navy Secure Message to combine Credit Cards

We just BT partners Flagship Card Balance as the BT offer ends in Aug. on both cards and I just sent them a secure message asking them to move the entire $20k credit line to his Cash rewads card and close the flagship as the AF doesn't fit in our card portfolio anymore.

Fingers cross, we shall see!

Re: Sent Navy Secure Message to combine Credit Cards

I tried to have them take part of my current CL on my flagship to create a new card with limit, and they said they couldn't do it. I thought they could? Or atleast adjust CLs like you are asking

Re: Sent Navy Secure Message to combine Credit Cards

good luck...

it took me ~10 calls over about a year to finally find a rep that would forward my request to the credit dept. and get it approved for me.

you have to apply and be declined and then send secure message asking them to do... you talk to people on the phone and they say they don't do that anymore.
