Shell and Citgo CLI

Hi all.  First off let me say that this forum has helped me bunches.Okay so I got a shell personal credit card $200.00 limit and a citgo $200.00 limit.  Does anyone know how long I have to wait for a CLI?

I read that if you call the number and request the automated system to do it, it will result in a soft pull, but if you do it online for through a CSR they do hard pull. Any feed back would be great.

Ideally wait until you have had the cards for 12 months - one full year.

Sounds great. Ive used it a few times. Paid off the balance in full.  Just wondering how often I need to do that so they wont close the account
