I just thought about it and I have never had the shopping cart trick work for me. The credit Gods must not like me having store cards

They only asked for last 4 of SSN, so I'm assuming that would mean it's SP.  As my credit lines are currently small, any TLs will be helpful in my long-term goals.

Odd thing.  I never got a denial letter for the Solutions card.  However, I did get a pre-approval offer from Solutions today.  Since I already have a card I can use at the Blair stores, I threw this in the trash.
