Exactly. As the above poster mentioned, I think it's time to reassess your application appetite. This is just a disaster waiting to happen if you let things get out of control.

The general advice seems to be to make sure you name and address is spelled exactly like it is on your CRA's.  If it still doesn't work, try an old address.

But I never thought about the possibility that you could be opted out.
