I didn't pull the trigger for the other pop ups I got (Ann Taylor, Express, Avenue, Brylane Home and the ones like that).

It's so interesting how the approvals and limits are different for people that seem similarly situated. So much of this credit game looks like it can be planned and managed but sometimes it feels like a crap shoot too.

Did I maybe go to the WRONG Total ReWARDS?  It made me register for some type of casino thing.  I can't seem to get anywhere to unsubscribe now.

The Total Rewards just signs you up for their mailing list (emai& snail).  You cannot unsubscribe (if you got the credit card) because your total rewards visa is tied to your total rewards casino card.  Don't worry though, it's just a loyalty program.  You gamble, they give you points.  Congrats on getting it though, I have tried for months to get this pop-up, no love.  Got the Victoria Secret for 750cl, didn't take it though.

Hi, I basically was curious and tried two days ago and got approved for victoria secrets, Express, j crew and ann taylor all in the same hour. I declined all four due to the fact I just got two new store cards last week. So it does work and I didnt purchase a thing. Hope this was helpful.

Shopping cart trick worked for me last week with J. Crew.

Went to their website, was planning on shopping anyway so just decided to pick out what I wanted. Went to check out, got the message and filled out the form. Got instant approval for $1,250. Set up the account online immediately after and requested a CLI and got approved for an additional $300. Clicked again and got the 7-10 day message.

I really wanted the sportsmans guide or stages card but the pop ups never come up for me. I also have an approval for one stop plus but I accidentally closed browser and I couldn't register and I called in and they said they didn't see anything.
