I have a Citi card with a measly $300 limit that has been opened a couple of years, I've never used it and Citi won't budge with a CLI. Will it hurt my score at all to close it, or should I just let it sit there open until Citi closes it for non-activity ?
I'd keep it open and work on the reason why they won't budge on a CLI. Citi are stingy with CLI mine as been stuck the same for several years I get knocked down each time even though my credit profile is excellent. Well apart from the odd inquiry and zillion new accounts
Will you going to give your employee a rate if he being lazy ???
Well used your card and paid them in full.
Used it about 1 or two month then Call the back door number and explain it to them with a such small limit.
Don't closed the card if if it's have no AF.

If the card is not growing even if it has no AF with the cards you currently have I say close it. Those cards and limits are great
