Should I apply Discover Card?

either Open Road or More Card or should I cool it and try in 8 months ?
EX score is 662
UTIL is 8%
4 new accounts after BK has been discharged.
3 INQ on EX 
$400CL JCP
$500 CL Orchard Bank
$1750 GM Card
$300 FP
Looking to get back into 700s club by scratch that about 2012 maybe even 2010 Smiley Happy faster than I had thought. aiming for $10,000 Credit Card by 2010 as well ! as of 9/15/08 EX 662 EQ 681 TU 662

I have heard some have gotten Discover after bk, but I thought it was pretty hard, they don't really like bk. someone correct me if wrong.

no I'd wait. Having two accounts with them already, I know they are tough.They dont like Bk's at all, no matter the status and they dont like inq's. imho, hold off on them for awhile and save an inq. fwiw, the Motiva is the "easier" of their lineup to get approved for. They will also offer the HSBC card as a counter sometimes...

What about FICO score of 675 (or thereabout).
No BKs
3 cards currently - $5650 total limit, $1300 utilization
3 inquiries (on each credit report)
What else would Discover look for?

Discover was hard to get especially the more card.Pulled Transunion I had a 733 and was approved.When my score was in the 660 range I was Turned down.Utilization didnt seem to matter,I was in the 30 % range.
