I'm thinking of applying for the PenFed Platinum Rewards card. Wondering if I should go for it now? (From what I understand, PenFed only pulls Equifax?)
This is what my EQ report shows (pulled today from myfico):
Score: 776
Credit History: 8 years
Tot Balance of revolving accounts: $174
Accounts opened in past year: 2
Inquiries: none (thankfully, or not, no one seems to like pulling EQ!)
As you can see in my sig, I have a lot of new accounts so I kind of want to apply before they all get reported on EQ? But does anyone have any suggestions on whether to apply now? In a couple years?
UPDATE: LOL nevermind...I just did - approved! (now OFFICIALLY will start the gardening process)
