Yes but if you put a charge on like every 5 months or even a year perhaps it should still be active.
For now I am charging stuff like Seamless orders on my Amazon visa every once in a while and a cheapo order on amazon with the amazon store card to keep them active Though i don't let it report .. But should i let them report a balance?
