Yah the partially secured card I received from them was the Bank Americard Cash Rewards 1 2 3 card with $39 AF. I didn't have to PC to it, that's what the sent me initially. Forgot to mention also that I've been banking (checking/savings) with them for the past 4 years. Don't know if this played any into the approval or not, just wanted to mention it.
