Chase sent me a promotional letter to sign up Freedom card for $200 back after spending $500 within the first 3 months. Should I get it? I have 5 HPs and 3 new accounts already within the past 2 months.

try the chase pre-qual online... if you get offer on the website also I would say you are 99% approved!
+1 what creditaddict said..
Just go to Chase website then on credit cards select pre qualified and see what they give you.. usually a good indicator of approval or not.
If you prequal online don't apply through that or you probably aren't going to get the $200.
I say go for it. I was receiving invitations to apply for the Freedom card after having 4 new accounts in 1 month. I checked online and was not prequaled, but I noticed that Chase was softing me after my new accounts showed up so I figured they did not care. I used the invitation and was instant approved.
That's double the normal offer, right? Have they gone higher recently? I've heard of $300 but I think that was some time back.
I'm asking because I feel I "should" at some stage app for the Freedom (to feed the CSP) but I hate revolvers, so it's hard to do it. A good sign-up bonus might push me into it....
The usually offer $150 so $200 is even better do the online pre-qual.
Not to be the scrooge but those new accounts and INQ's may affect you with Chase since they can be INQ sensitive...just being honest about Chase YMMV
