I am working on rebuilding. Should i payoff and close credit one and 1st premier?
If you have at least two other credit cards, yes. Kill them with fire.
What other tradelines do you have besides those two?
Navy Fed Card 6 k limit, Chase Auto loan 13k balance was 18k, 2 Capital one cards, a jewlery account loan almost paid off, a few other loans paid off. A few recently paid collections
What is your current score?
I would get rid of one of them
590 transunion, 594 Equifax, and 621 Experian

You've got other stuff, so you have outgrown those other cards. Get rid of them before they charge you any more fees!

If I were you, I'd close FP and call CreditOne and tell them you're considering closing the CC since you don't like the AF. They may waive the AF for 6 months. If so, then SD the card, keep working on your baddies so you can get better products and close before the AF hits again.
