Thanks. I can't ever remember being late on apayment. Does any one know who that account would have been with.

OK, it's a card or an account from GEMB. A store or something called CBest? GEMB doesn't do Best Buy cards, so I don't think it's that. There's also some sort of standardized test in California called CBEST, but that's pretty unlikely.

 

GEMB does a lot of store and catalog accounts. Do you remember opening an account, maybe at checkout in a store, or when placing a catalog order?

 

At any rate, I'd say that this is more the problem than the AU account, although the fact that you have a "new account" listed as a negative makes me think that might be playing a part. But if you have opened something in the last few years, or especially within the last 12 months, it's more likely that.
