Seven? Even if they were all on the same bureau IMO - no. How long have you had the Freedom?

I got Freedom Sapphire on the same day, and Ink a week later, just try it and see what happens imo.

I had 7 because they pulled my credit for chase paymentech(creditcard processing) and when I applied for a card with 0% intro rate to save on interest and got denied. the rest were card application and credit line increase

Re: Should I wait?

I just applied for the Discover IT with 7-8 inquiries and got approved so I think you have a good shot especially with your low utilization.

Re: Should I wait?

You could definitely get approved for it now.  Chase approved me for their Southwest card when I had 6 inqs on Experian within the past 8 months.

Re: Should I wait?

How many hard pulls do you have in the past 12 months? What is your AAoA? I think you are fine for discover. Chase I don't know; need more details. You can check to see if you are preapproved on chase website
