So i just got two baddies removed from my credit report within the past few days and my scores havent updated yet. I got an email from Citi Cards today about the Thank you Preferred card. The email said "____, your latest offers from Citi Cards." It then has a picture of the card and all the rewards associated with it. Is this like a pre approval?
I did the pre approval link and it said it couldnt match me with an offer but Im not sure how they got my email. My scores are low so I dont want to waste a HP if I will just get denied. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Me personally I would wait and garden before jumping back in and applying
you should absolutely be excited and proud of yourself for those two baddies clearing out. however, wouldnt think of it as a preapproval, as many ads contain very similar verbiage nowadays.
i agree and think you should wait it out unless there's an immediate need for more credit. :]
It's a mass mailing. Wish it was a preapproval for you! Garden until those baddies are off for ideal approvals.
