Re: Should i trim the fat now?

If your Cap One CL was less than $1000, i would drop that card but since it's not and has a decent CL of $5000 the $19 is a small price to pay.  IMO just keep what you got.

Re: Should i trim the fat now?

I've often wondered this... can you call Cap One and ask them to change your current card to another card that doesn't charge an AF? Or is that not allowed?

OP, if there's no fee, keep them.

Im just wondering if creditors   ie amex or ant new accounts down the oad may see some of these rebuilder cards and not extend me a CC?

also my salary is not that great....about 42000 per year....i dont know if these cards will limit any success i may have in the future....

Re: Should i trim the fat now?

none of the cards are your list are considered subprime cards, starters are fine, as long as they're not credit cards marketed for people with POOR credit like First Premier Bank
