I wouldn't apply for any card through a pre-approval, where the lender misspelled "Congratulations" as "Congradulations." Seems shady to me.......

There actually is a word in Japanese ('shike" si doesn't exist if you're using Hepburn romanization which is standard on signs, etc in Japan although the kids don't learn it in school..); shike can mean a bad storm at sea, a bad catch (fish), or doing badly. [/useless facts]
