I have tried Capitol one's, Chase bank's and Discover cards" Card finder tool" and they come back with this message. "Since we couldn't find you in our records, we are unable to provide you with pre-approved offers. But you may still apply for the offer below." What???

My Fico scores are in my sig.

I have 4 older charge offs:  Capitol One last reported 10/2006 0 balance : Capitol One last reported 1/2010 I paid off less than full amount 0 balance:

HSBC/BSTBY last reported 5/2010 0 balance: and Kays 10/2010 o balance

 I only have one open tradeline which is my car loan opened 6/2012 thru wells fargo $15,000 always paid on time. I know I need more trade lines to build my credit back up so I was going to get 2 credit cards so I would have 3 open tradelines. I was hopeing for at least one unsecured card but I think the message I keep getting I may only be able to get 2 secured cards. Any Advise?
