Sites like fingerhut/freshstart ?

Are there any sites like fingerhut that allow people with bad/poor credit to purchase things and have it show as a positive TL?

Suprisingly, my FH account is reporting A-OK to all 3 places. 

However I want to open another account someone to add a TL and boost my credit.

The only problem with these sites is that they don't report to the credit bureaus, unless you default!  Also, they all will HP your credit.

Wait...they don't report? I thought any kind of credit account had to?

No they have the option to report or not

Like I said, they do report, but only when you default and they will hard pull your credit for each new account and sometimes before each purchase.  You should just work your FH for maybe 6 months to a year and then try other sites  for the "shopping card trick"   Look up the shopping card trick and there's a plethora of store cards and some major credit cards.   Good Luck!!
