Something new on Sync card CLI request online?

New option there not sure on all cards but on Wally there was now a box asking what did you want your new limit to be. Filled that in, it spun a bit and countered with a little lower. Maybe they say they're tired of our calls lol?

25K seems to be the threshold with them right now before they want paychecks and such for higher amounts.

I used the new feature last week for both my Wal-Mart and Lowe's CLIs. Wal-Mart 1100>3500 and Lowe's 300>5000. Previously denied all Synchrony store card increases, so needless to say I like the new feature.

Oh, I tried all of my Synchrony cards. Only Wal-Mart and Lowe's asked what credit amount I wanted. The others only asked for income and all were denied. So, it seems that maybe if they ask for an amount you are probably going to get an increase, although not necessarily as much as you ask for.

Checked my 5 acts with them, and :

Had the extra "amount requesting" step.....
Stash Visa, Ebates Visa, Marvel MC

Didn't have the Extra step....
Sams MC, Banana Rep Visa

just a follow up....fyi

Just because you have the extra step of "amount requesting", doesnt mean a CLI approval. I had that on 3 cards I list above in a post, and tried on my Stash Visa and was denied. So, its a 50/50 even with the extra step thrown in.
