Son of a...

So remember when I chatted with the EO for Orchard Bank back in March? My limit increased (which has been in effective since they reviewed my account), and the rep assured me that my annual fee would be permanently waived on the card.

Welp, guess not D: just got charged an annual fee on this statement that just closed. Sent a secured message just now, but if that doesn't work, guess the EO will be hearing from me very soon!
