Sorry about that.. I clicked through my SWA RR account and it came up as 32.. just did it again after I saw your post without going through SWA and I see the 16+8+2.. my bad!!!!

I did some research on the web and it seems the offers can range from 8 credits to 16 credits plus the other bonuses.  I also googled "Chase Credit Card Complaints" which again makes me hesitant to apply for this card for fear of AA by them.  Some of the stuff I've read appears that the poster isn't quite telling the whole story but others kind of make you think a little.  I also checked my previous e-mails and this is the second offer with the same terms that I've received in the last couple of months.  This kind of tells me they might offer again in a couple of months.  Should I make a call to them to see if having existing accounts with them will help or should I just wait it out til the next one arrives?  These decisions drive me nuts!!!  LOL!!

once your in good with chase they love to give you multiple accounts. my dad has 3 and my mom has 2

well I bit the bullet...  submitted my app this morning and got the "application in process" message which I guess is standard with Chase.  I checked my online accounts and all of my CCs with them show "Not Available" info.  My checking and savings are still the same.  So I'm crossing my fingers!  Two free tickets will work right now!

might have been why I received the "processing" screen when I submitted.  Their system went down...or maybe... it was my app that did it!  LOL!

well I still haven't heard anything on my approval yet and I also haven't received any alerts from Identity Guard that any CBR was pulled.  I checked the app status line and it said that they've received it and should be receiving an answer in 2 weeks.  Is it normal for them not to pull a bureau right when you submit it?
