Yeah, I think I'd have to call to speak to an analyst. I usually don't have to make many calls beyond the first line CSR. I've always asked why (my CL wasn't up to expectations, why my rate sucked, why my CLI wasn't approved, whatever) and went from there. It's almost like a sales call in reverse. You have to convince them to do your bidding.
