Southwest - When do your bonus points hit?

I hit the spend threshold and still haven't seen my bonus points hit my rapid rewards account. Do you know if/when they will post?

And do I call Chase or Southwest about this?

I'm about to meet my spend on my sw card. I'm assuming the points will hit on the first statement cut afterwards like it did on my csp.

I called, posting after my 2nd statement cuts, they said in 2 business days after I receive it.  so two weeks from now
