I've had this card for about 18 months now... I got it at the beginning of actively working to improve my credit... I got the standard Comenity APR of 25.24. On a whim yesterday, I sent a secure message asking if there were any offers available to reduce my APR, and surprisingly, they actually dropped it 3% to 22.24.
Yeah, still high, but its nice to see movement in the right direction.
