So $39 a year for a small image on a piece of plastic? I really don't get this, but obviously people do! Now if you spend $3,900 a year on startrek.com, then it's different: you get good value (but it might be time to reexamine your life)
Me, judgemental? No, just always right.
I just want 50,000 mystery points. Who knows, they may not be worth anything, but still... It is 50,000 of them.

I've heard they transfer 1:1 to Star Fleet Inc. 50K is one-way coach to anywhere in the Sirius system.
I don't understand the lure of this card.
Star Trek was so 90s

60s actually. Hence the 50th year anniversary. You're probably thinking of Star Trek The Next Generation, which was the 3rd Star Trek series.
We may not be able to use points for statement credits, but I'll bet you credits to navy beans we can use them for something.
It looks like they have some gift cards at $50 = 5,500 points.
So once yo spend $5000 you will get 50,000 + 5,000 = 55,000 points.
and 55,000 points should purchase 10 X $50 gift cards.
The Lands End, LL Bean and Target gift cards are of interest to me.

So OK for the bonus, but, for gift cards at least, less than a 1% earn on a card with an AF??? Wow.
Now we need a Blakes' 7 card (which would autoclose after 4 years)

Are you seriously counting the animated series?!
What's wrong with the 90's?

For the trip they issue you a red shirt.

Yes, of course i'm counting the Animated Series.
Actually, the animated series did have some really interesting story lines. I watched all the episodes at the time - and have the books of them too.
RIP Leonard Nimoy. All Hail Spock !!!
Capt. Kirk not only got all the babes, but he did not take any crap from aliens (unlike Picard).
