I will also look into PNC & USAA as another memeber suggested.
If I can't get a Graduated card from BoA & only get two Secured cards for now is that worth it or should I just worry about getting 1 Secured card?
IMHO, I would add the one secured card while you work on the baddies. You really should have two positive TLs to build credit, but I'd also hate to see you put HPs on your CRs if you won't get new credit from them.
That's good advice. I'll get the one Secured for now & in a couple months after some collections get deleted and the new CC updates I will try for BoA.

I agree. Get the SDFCU now, work on your CR's and in a few months check again. If you have a relative that can add you as an AU on a tl with positive history that would help. They do not have to give you the card.
Having a relative add me to one of their positive trade lines is an interesting idea.
What is an AU?
they can always remove me at any time they want correct? But any positive credit I earned while being piggybacked with them will stick with me right, even after/if get remove me?

I would always suggest apping for more than one especially when you're rebuilding. I don't believe PNC or even USAA, to be honest will approve with judgments and charge-offs.
I will let others chime in on their experience with PNC or USAA
I have a judgement and a few charge offs

AU = authorized user
Yes, they can remove you at anytime. As long as you do not dispute the TL, it will report - it will stop updating when they remove you.
Also as soon as the Capital one Charge off's are paid, they will not report a balance and credit limit like they are now which is also tanking your credit scores. I would pay off the other 500 one before it turns into a judgement, I had 2 at 500 and both turned into judgements so I got double hit on my credit scores.
