Statement balance minus minimum balance

So I paid the minimum balance on my Chase card, but gosh darn it nowhere do I see when logged in online what's left to be paid of the statement balance. Is the worldwide company asking me to rely on my less than stellar math skills?

Re: Statement balance minus minimum balance

I presume you mean your minimum payment has posted? If so, when you start the process to "make a payment" does the screen propose an amount as "remaining statement balance" or some similar precalculation?

Re: Statement balance minus minimum balance

Yes, the minimum payment has been posted and is no longer listed as a payment option. The remaining statement balance is also not listed as a payment option, the full statement balance still is.

Re: Statement balance minus minimum balance

Chase never did that.  It's up to you to figure out which isn't that hard to begin with.

OP, there must be better things to complain about.
