So i am still on the road for work and won't be back till tomorrow night. I apped for the amex card last saturday and was denied. I was trying to pull up the app online using the link they gave me. I enter my social and my zip and it says it can't find the app. Now since all 3 CR's have a HP from AMEX i know they did the ap. I was just trying to pull it up online to see what reason they gave to maybe recon before I had to wait on the ltter.
Has anyone else had the issue of not being able to pull up their app?
You won't be able to see it online. If you don't want to wait for the denial letter, you'll have to call customer service. Actually, I would use one of those handy backdoor numbers.
