Still no MR points?!

Met spend 6/24. Statement cut 7/19. Still no points available when I check the MR site though. This is my 3rd statement, shouldn't I AT LEAST be seeing points earned from my 1st statement period?!

It says you have 51,000 points available so what's the issue?

Are they all pending or available points? If it's still pending you should have received it. So your 1st statement was 5/19 and your 2nd was 6/19? If so, then yes, you should have seen the MR that was earned on the 5/19's statement after 7/19. I believe there is normally a 2 billing statement delay.

Where do you see no points showing? It says you have 51,000+ points available and pending. Forget the mobile app. What does it says when you log into americanexpress.com

Both the mobile and desktop site say 0 available points.

No, the mobile doesn't say that. It says you have 51,000 available and pending. I'm not sure you're looking at the right place at all

Yes, the mobile app does say that. The statement says I have 51,000 available and pending. The MR site on both mobile and desktop show 0 and continue to say 0 when I try to redeem them.
