Since when does a Pre-Approved credit card offer actually result in a Hard Pull?   And yes it said Pre-Approved. I am still rebuilding so it was from First Premier.... SMH

They do have the right to pull your credit... Im sure that somewhere on the preapproved offer it stated that in super tiny print..

But, it IS only an nquiry... Inquiries are only inquiries... they arent a big deal

I understand they have a right to pull my credit. However i was under the understanding that Pre-Approved meant they won't pull your credit and i am just trying to limit my iquires at this time,

It was a mailed offer
