Store Credit Card you can use at the ATM

Hi, everyone I recieved my Nordstrom store credit card in the mail today and it stated cash limit amount and I should recieve my pin number in a week. I was just suprised as my other store cards do not have this option.

Well I guess Nordstrom is different.
