Based on all of the issues I've seen with DCU recently, people getting approved and then unapproved, people providing the proper documentation and still not getting approved, or people not getting any response from them for weeks.....I'd make sure that my report was definitely unfrozen.
DCU has almost become YMMV with them. Don't give them an opportunity to turn you down especially if you are going for one of their CC products, or is it just the monthly fico you want? Well either way, don't add any more hurdles for them to try to jump through because it doesn't seem like they are exactly playing fair anymore 
.
