Do you all know if its a SP or HP for Dillards card?
Don't know, but a good rule is "Always be prepared for a HP". Lots of threads here on various cards where a CSR has said it will be soft and it turns out to be hard. Any request for credit or increased credit is really "supposed" to be hard (the credit report is meant to show that the user is asking for new/more credit so that everyone can evaluate the behavior), so exceptions are very nice, but not to be relied on.
