Just wanted to give an update on my PC request for my BoA Cash Rewards card.
The card was opened in March 2012 and I requested the PC from Signature VISA to World MC several weeks ago. It was fairly easy to do (the online chat person knew it was possible, as well as a phone CSR I spoke with several months ago, although the CSR I called several weeks ago did not, but quickly found out from a supervisor that it was possible). It ended up taking about 3 weeks to go through, but it worked so I'm a happy camper now.
Also, it's interesting to know that my rewards points transferred, although the CSR told me that they wouldn't (and so I cashed most of it out before requesting the PC). Of course, YMMV with that and I would recommend using as much of your rewards points as possible before trying a PC, since the CSR will tell you that the rewards points will not transfer.
The main reason I requested the PC is that apparently BoA doesn't report CL with Signature VISA but they do with World MC, so hopefully that will be the case!
