Hello Everyone
Has anyone used their BOA 123 Cash Back card and recieved 3% back at Sunoco Gas stations.
Visa uses MCC code 5541 and 5542 to classify almost all other gas stations in my area except sunoco (which isGENERAL MERCHANDISE -5399) and is located 30 miles away from me. Also to my surpise most sunoco locations do not even show up on VISA's MCC merchant locator as a gas station http://visa.via.infonow.net/locator/usa/supplier/ListLoadAction.do. I find it strange that my local sonoco does not appear on the website but lesser know gas stations that take cash only appear .Has anyone ran into any problems like this?
