OK, I'll admit it....I still get butterflies in my stomach and dang near sweaty palms before I hit submit on an app.

Glad there wasn't anyone in the office this morning when my sweaty palms turned into fist pumps with the "Congrats approved for 15K".

I bet I'm not the only oneSmiley Wink

Re: Sweaty palms before hitting submit!!

I get nervous too.  In fact I have to a shot to calm my nerves beforehand.  Unless I am at work, then I have to 5.  (joking-but I do get a little nervous)

The only time I don't get nervous is when I hit the Cap One button, I pretty much already know the result of that hit!

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.

Little whirlygigger goes round and round and round, 10 minutes later closed it out and called to see what was up, system glitch don't you know, ended up approved, no urge to try since
