Oh I am SO disappointed things didn't work out as you had hoped. I read this whole thread beginning to end, hardly ever have the patience to do that, but your enthusiasm and positive attitude are so contagious. By the end, I was really hoping with you. Please hang in, you'll get there. Wishing you all the best ...
Ashkev89 - What reason did they give you for not giving you one of their credit cards?
Did they tell you what your credit score was when they turned you down?
My experience with Alliant is excellent so far...still crossing fingers tho...my account is less than 2 months. (I have Checking/Savings/Rewards Visa Card)
I cosigned for a car loan with my sister and they included that payment in my dti ratio. I tried everything to prove that my income does not pay for that responsibility but they werent having any of that. The only way I can get what I want from Alliant is to have my sister join, which she is going to join, and then refinance her car.
Until then the answer will always be no.
Credit score was 652
All baddies (only 2) paid in full
Have never been late on anything since Sept 2009
When you log into the alliant website does it show you what your Fako score is ?
If not it will prolly update at the end of December. Im curious as to what it will show for you.
