Thankfully my accounts have not been locked yet, but I was curiousm if they locked you out of your online account, how do they expect you to make payments if you are paperless and you always make payments online?
Push from your bank account

Well that is a great question. I thought of that, too, and actually called them this morning (I had all my accounts frozen last night after I added an AU to one of my cards earlier that day). I asked them if they can tell me if a payment was set up for next week on my Walmart card (it's due on the 17th but always pay early). Anyway, they told me after passing me to two different departments that due to the nature of the freeze on my accounts, they cannot even see that information! WHAT??!!!!! Yeah, this is REALLY awesome Synchrony!!! I mean, it's one thing to not be able to use your cards. But to cut off access even to employees, to not be able to view any account information at all, this is really outrageous

I actually owe $15 on my Ebates and I've tried paying it twice and they tell me they can't do it... I was told I should know the outcome of my accounts by Monday and it's not due till 7/22... But with Synchrony you never know...

Yeah you shouldn't need auto pay, depending on the bank. You can go into bill pay and make one time payments, just input the account number, etc.

Hopefully, you won't have to worry about it, but it was a good question I hadn't thought about.
This all sounds like a pain in the ..... If they come for my paid Kohls card with a $300 limit that has never seen a CLI in 4 years, they can have it!
pushing all cc payments from bank is far simpler than logging into numerous accounts and doing them individually.
