Synchrony--Different responses with Chat vs Credit Solutions?

I am wondering if Synchrony receives the same data via chat and Credit Solutions?
For example-- Has anyone ever called into Credit Solutions and was denied a CLI, and then the same day or very close to that day you ask for an increase and were approved via chat? Or Vice Versa. I am wondering if the same answers would be given from the two different ways of asking? :-)

Well with me a few times on my Wal-Mart card I asked for $5000 through the automated system immediately denied. I request to talk to a representative where i again asked for $5000 immediately approved. I never got the cli through the automated only through representative however I never tried chat
