The last few days I have been receiving letters from Synchrony denying CLI's and the reason stated that it exceeds company policy.
one was for Dillards. I just received a CLI for them last week. I didn't ask for another. I received another for my Lowes card and my Ebates cards. I haven't asked for a CLI for either of them because I haven't hit the 4th statement yet. They say the same thing. If I had, I would think the letter should state that I have not had enough experience at the current level.
any one else have the same experience?
