update: bf got 2nd statement and paid.. attempted cli and denied. probably the "not enough experience at current credit line" denial

bf paid his third statement on friday.. tried for cli increase today.. denied... but he's never even touched his $3000 limit, the highest he got WAS 30% on friday LOL.. so.. im sure his denial will be not enough experience at current credit limit or whatever.. and really.. does he need more than $3000?
