When you get approved for the card, it will prompt you to create an account immediately.  Once, the account is created you can proced to request a CLI if desired...  If you apply, update the thread on results.

Just wanted to let you know what happened. Well my fico tu didn't go up, but my experian did! Up to 684. So I decided to go to blue nile comenity instead. Got approved for a 13k limit! Didn't need that much but I was happy and didn't have to hit the cl button. Ty!
