TD & Target... To offer Visa again?!!

So speaking with manager at United Recover today who only handles TD/Target he "says" that TD is SERIOUSLY looking at "most likely" bringing back the Visa line to the Target Credit Card within 4-6 months.  So will be interesting to see if that comes true but I would think that would also probably be a clue that if that's true then they would also need to be reviewing accounts for upgrade and or CLI... and if it happens what is the rewards on the old Target Visa, wonder if they will change anything?

Correct  TD Bank USA is one of their subsidiaries.

like i said take it for what it's worth now, will be interesting to see if it holds any value down the road... but he said he was the "manager" only for the target accounts within the collection agency.

I would love to be able to get the Target Visa.  I have had the Target retail card for five years now and I've given them business pretty consistently, but I would give them more business if I could use it in other stores as well.
