TJX CLI Recon?

I just got my TJX card with a measly $250 SL.  I activated and went to request a CLI right away but was denied.  No reason given other than wait for the letter.  After searching the boards unsuccessfully, I ended up just calling the number on the card.  Is there a backdoor number I could call for a recon or maybe I should wait for my letter first?

Thank you!  Was that number on the list of backdoor numbers?  I looked a few different times trying to find it before I called the number on the card.

IIRC, there are two Credit Solutions numbers listed on the Backdoors Numbers under Sync Bank (the issuer of TJX).   They used to be listed under GECRB, but the list was updated when Synchrony was spun-off from GE.

Ahhhh! That's where I went wrong!  I was looking for either GE or TJX.  That's what I get for searching a long list on my tiny phone after a long day at work!  Thanks again for clearing that up!
